Prohibited content
The following are not permitted on Boopfy:
- Pirated or infringing content (cracked software, leaked courses, unauthorized resale of others' work).
- Adult / NSFW content. We may revisit with age-gating in the future.
- Hate speech, harassment, or incitement of violence.
- Content that depicts or facilitates self-harm, sexual exploitation, or violence.
- Malware, keyloggers, RATs, or any code designed to harm the buyer.
- Financial scams, MLM schemes, "guaranteed returns" products.
- Content violating sanctions or export controls.
- AI-generated work passed off as human work for credentialing purposes.
Enforcement
We use a combination of automated review (hash matching, content classification) and buyer reports. Enforcement is tiered: warning → product unpublished → creator suspended → permanent ban. You can appeal any enforcement action within 14 days.
