The rules that govern your use of Boopfy as a creator or buyer.
By creating a Boopfy account, listing a product, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service and the related Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract. Sellers must comply with all applicable laws and tax obligations in their country of residence.
Boopfy charges a transaction fee on each successful sale: 10% on the Free plan, 5% on the Pro plan. Payment processing is handled by our partners and is in addition to Boopfy's fee. Full pricing details are on the Pricing page.
Sellers must complete identity verification before receiving payouts. Payouts are made on a rolling schedule to your linked bank account in USD. We do not hold funds longer than necessary to comply with our payment partners' settlement schedules.
See the Acceptable Use Policy for the full list. Selling pirated, infringing, malicious, or fraudulent content is grounds for immediate suspension.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. Your products, customer list, and account data remain exportable for 90 days after termination.
Boopfy is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, search ranking, or product approval rates. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boopfy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
