1. What we collect
- Account info: email, name, @handle, profile photo.
- Seller info: business details, payout banking info, tax IDs (handled by our payment partners).
- Product data: uploaded files, descriptions, prices.
- Usage data: page views, button clicks, device + browser info.
- Transaction data: order IDs, amounts, customer emails.
2. How we use it
- To run the Boopfy service (products, checkout, payouts, email).
- To prevent fraud and abuse.
- To send service emails (receipts, magic links, refund notices).
- To improve the product (aggregated analytics).
- To meet legal and tax obligations.
3. Who we share it with
We share only the minimum necessary data with: our payment partners (Stripe), our email provider (Yandex SMTP), our AI provider (OpenAI, for AI tool inputs), and our hosting/CDN (Vercel, Cloudflare). We never sell your data.
4. Your rights
- Export all your data (account, products, customers) as CSV/JSON.
- Delete your account and associated data at any time.
- Object to specific data uses (e.g. AI training — we don't do this).
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
5. Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active. After deletion, transaction records required for legal or tax compliance are retained for 7 years. Everything else is removed within 30 days.
6. Security
Passwords (if used) are hashed with Argon2id. All traffic is HTTPS. Sensitive fields are encrypted at rest. We never see your full payment card details — they go directly to our payment partner.
