Request the removal of content that infringes your rights.
If you believe a product on Boopfy infringes your copyright, trademark, or other rights, send a notice to [email protected] with the following:
We respond to all takedown notices within 48 hours. If the claim is clear, the product is removed pending review. The seller is notified and may submit a counter-notice.
If you believe your product was removed in error, you can file a counter-notice. We require the same information as the original notice. If both parties remain in dispute, the matter goes to court — Boopfy will restore the product after 10 business days unless a legal action is filed.
Sellers who receive multiple valid takedown notices will have their account suspended or terminated.
